Our premium classic Bi Luo Chun is harvested at the end of March, early April 2022 from Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China. Bi Luo Chun is translated "Green Spring Snail" as a result of its color and the curl of the tea leaf from the pan frying and hand-shaping technique. This delicious spring tea is hand harvested and has a bolder taste than the High Mountain Bi Luo Chun from the 2021, taking into account the different terroir from which the tea was harvested.
