A variation on our classic masala chai by using chinese Puerh as a base instead of Assam. Puerh Chai is an excellent option for those who want a strong tea base that can stand up to milk but does not have the high caffeine level of black tea. Our earthy Puerh is mixed cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, cardamom and ginger. You can also brew this tea in a cup (not on the stove) if you do not intend to add milk to it.
