Organic Temple of Heaven is a green tea from Zhejiang Province, China, that is also known as gunpowder green. It is one of the oldest tea types in the world and among one of the first to be exported out of China.
The tea leaves are rolled into individual pellets and brew a robust copper colored liquor with a slight smoky fragrance. Temple of Heaven is also used as the base of our Moroccan Mint tea, as the strong flavor of this tea stands up well with peppermint.
