These rosebuds are grown in an organic tea garden at 1,800m altitude in a garden oasis at the edge of the Xinjiang Taklimakan Desert in the northwestern region of China. The sandy soil, high altitude as well as the special climate conditions encourage the development of a very fragrant rosebud.
