A high quality Yunnan black tea. A member of the family of "dian hong" teas, our Pagoda tea is characterized by many golden tips with rich honey, malty fragrance and a smooth thick liquor. One of the Chinatown Tea Lady's favorites. When brewed, the pagoda opens up like a flower. Good for long steeps.
Each ounce consists of 8-9 pagodas. Each pagoda is good for 3-5 cups of tea, depending on the drinker's preference.

Delicious but takes time to develop
This tea really opens up once the leaves unfold. It has a nice earthy sweetness. It's a little short-lived, best for one good cup.
