West Lake Premium Long Jing (Dragonwell) Green Tea - 2023 Ming Qian Harvest

Dragonwell (Long Jing) was once a tribute tea (gift given to the imperial court) and is still considered one of the 10 great teas of China. Our Dragonwell was harvested in the West Lake area in Zhejiang Province, China and is the birthplace of the highest quality dragonwell tea.

The Ming Qian harvest is a limited period pre-spring rains in 2023. In China, Ming Qian harvest teas are considered among the best quality and are given as gifts to friends. We had the excellent opportunity to secure a small batch of this limited premium handmade tea from West Lake. Ming Qian Dragonwell is a gift tea which confers great honor in the Chinese culture. For example, a few ounces of this premium tea would be considered a perfect gift for a prospective in-law whom you know loves green tea.

If you are a lover of green tea, now is the time to be drinking this special spring tea in order to enjoy the freshest aromas of a tea "just plucked"!
