The highest quality and premium Silver Needle Teas (Bai Hao Yin Zhen) are only produced in Fujian province in southeast China and no where else in the world. Silver Needle White teas have long been the finest of all teas and consist of the most tender leaf buds. These buds are hand harvested in the fields right after they begin to develop, before opening into leaves. The aroma of the Silver Needle tea is clean & floral and produces a pale silver liquor.
Silver Needle, due to its high bud content, is quite high in caffeine!
